For this type of productions our studio has the necessary equipment to carry out its installation in theaters, auditoriums and other scenic spaces, as well as outdoors allowing us to carry out even video clip recordings. In the early stages of the production, we plan and design in detail with our technical team, the ideal system for the capture, which includes from the selection of the microphones to their arrangement and strategic placement on the stage, depending on the number of performers, the different instrumental families involved and the acoustic space itself.
Given the complexity of this type of production, we study each job and offer our clients technical advice so that they are aware of all the possibilities and thus achieve the final objective with great success. Therefore, we maintain fluid communication with the music production team at all times, as we consider this to be one of the guarantees of the project itself. Our studio carries out from the recording to the delivery of the copies of CDs or DVDs for their subsequent distribution and commercialization.
This type of production is divided into several phases, which we summarize as follows:
Recording session
After the due study and design of the production, we moved and installed our equipment and technical means. We have several licenses of AVID Pro-Tools (2,021) whose software allows us to make multitrack recordings, plugins from Waves, Arturia, Sonoris or Izotope, and we use converters equipped with solid-state preamplifiers and even valve preamplifiers.
Overdubbing session
Overdubbing session on demand. After the first recording session, we offer the possibility of a second session, to make recordings of additional tracks that were not previously recorded.
Editing, audio processing and mixing session
In this phase the editing, cleaning of sound artifacts or possible noises, audio processing of the multitrack session, as well as the provisional mix proposed by our technicians, since they also have formal musical training in the field of production, are carried out.
Editing / mix review
Assisted by the production team and the musical direction, we proceed with the last adjustments towards the final mix prior to the mastering process.
